everyone has their own sets of worry and despair. i have mine too. i am able to usually brush them off during the day but come nightfall, Despair haunts and sticks to me like a plague. every.single.night.
![]() "piggyback" doing things like this, cheers me up in ways that you can never imagine. i perked up almost immediately the moment i set my mind, my fingers and most importantly, my heart to work. i learn to always draw from the heart and by doing that, my fingers move just as easy and in sync with what i have in mind. those who have me on Facebook would recognize this pig as Fat Luna, my ex-pet. "Ex" because I decided she was getting too depressing for me as she is NEVER smiling no matter how much i fed and pet her. so i got *stardust* instead, a happy jovial little dog. Fat Luna *stardust* see what i mean?

| Name November 29, 2007 11:46 PM PST I had sleeping prob few months back & it wld visit once in a while . m sure u are not depress if u are , cry it all out and u shall have better nites. i googled 'sleep better' <strike>craps</strike>tips last time and hope it could help. •Sleep is as important as food and air. (sleep is love lorrrrr ;p think love! haha) •Keep regular hours. •Stay away from stimulants like caffeine. •Use the bed for sleeping. Avoid watching TV or using laptop computers. •Avoid bright light around the house before bed. •Don't stress if you feel you are not getting enough sleep. It will just make matters worse. Know you will sleep eventually. •Don't go to bed hungry. •Bedtime routines are helpful for good sleep. Keep routines on your normal schedule. •Avoid looking at the clock if you wake up in the middle of the night. It can cause anxiety. This is very difficult for most of us, so turn the clock away from your eyes so you would have to turn it to see the time. You may decide not to make the effort and go right back to sleep. •If you can't get to sleep for over 30 minutes, get out of bed and do something boring in dim light till you are sleepy. •Keep your bedroom at comfortable temperature. Not too warm and not too cold. Cooler is better than warmer. ;p thats abt it! i shld go z now. thurs the mini weekend + the feelgood friday is prohibiting me from going to bed..;0) but i must ...nite! *pets stardust* | ||
