Being a HUGE fan of Neil Gaiman's, I can't wait for his story, Stardust to be told in a movie form. Me thinks Claire Danes as Yvaine was perfect. You know I have a feeling Mr Tay won't wanna watch this with me. Stardust - Coming to cinemas near you ~
Neil Gaiman didn't quite like the tagline they are using, "Stardust. This summer a star falls. The chase begins." Source: Neil Gaiman's Journal *click* |
| Pinkelle May 11, 2007 01:37 PM PDT Another Neil Gaiman fan! I have to read this book next. I loved his Neverwhere but American Gods were a bit too weird for me. | ||

| mizz_angie May 11, 2007 11:16 PM PDT Grace! Yes, I remember you. We were there for the Girls Just Wanna Have Fun play ;) Your Fragile Things cover is it like the one featured on my blog? I think I saw a few. Hmm. See, the thing is I haven't been book-shopping lately, so I'm a bit outdated these days :P Didn't even know about the 2 for 3 promo till you mentioned it. You finished reading the book? How was it? Hey maybe you, Joanne and I can come out for a drink these days ya. Thanks for stopping by my ganas blog :P | ||
| graceux5 May 13, 2007 01:22 AM PDT Yup! Same cover! But I haven't read it, though :) I have like 15 books waiting to be read...all because of my kiasuness at the recent times/mph/big bookstore warehouse sales :D Good idea, will ask Joanne to organize since she's good at it heh heh :) I can imagine the kecohness that'll ensue. Eh your poor Mr. Tay lah. Kena kao kao via your blog. I actually saw him once during a futsal tourney. My bf Adrian is from IBM...Mr. Tay was still in IBM then. We spoke briefly...that was last year, I think. Small world! | ||
