Went to the gym this morning. So proud of myself  It takes a hell lot of motivation to get up at 6 am k. Not counting, the pre-packing of work clothes, shoes, and toiletries the night before. Another reason that got me all pumped up for gym was probably because I am sick and tired of receiving love notes, stuck on my windshield, from the wretched uniformed men almost on a constant basis now. So does this mean I have to wake up at 6am everyday now??? Oh woe.

Did my 30min run - non stop - So happy! Found a trick to be able to sustain on without stopping. Now, if you can no longer run at 10 like you did few months ago, it's only natural and logical to reduce the speed to 8 and voila, a 30 min non stop of pure running *beams*

No pretty white sandals in the ladies today. I actually walked the whole humongous changing/shower room to try to spot them but alas, they were no where in sight.

I've been learning a lot lately. Mostly from work. And it's fun for a change.

Yesterday's scenario in the conference room with my boss and another colleague:

My boss was supposed to meet up with a David Tan at 12pm, so to confirm with him, I asked.

"Boss, you're meeting David Tay at 12 right?"

Oooooooooops.

My boss burst out laughing while saying, "No, I am not meeting your bf."
