RemotePC, the only remote access service you will ever need

With remote access technology, you can get connected to your home and office pcs from anywhere as long as you have the internet connection. It is indeed a great solution if you want to work while traveling but for this purpose a remote access software to connect to the network is required and to choose a good one is quite essential to prevent future losing sessions and disconnected problem.

Now, if you're wondering what software that suits you best you can try a software called RemotePC within the 30 days free trial and see if it satisfies you. The software is offering a great solution to improve small business productivity with a price point that is way less than gotomypc, their stiff competitor (gotomypc is based on subscription service so you pay by the month rather than a once only charge).

RemotePC also offers an easy to use affordable solution with recent improvements that include Windows Vista compatibility, and a remote meeting option with up to 10 users sharing the same desktop. With all the features, however you may guess that everyone's needs are different. So, it's always a good practice that you take up the vendor's offer first and see for yourself to determine what works best for you.

ScanShell 3000DN, your portable duplex document scanner

A scanner is just as useful for businessmen, as it is for a student. I remember back in my college and university days, I have scanned countless of images for most of my assignments and now, when I'm in the workforce, there are equally as much as scanning to do! These are mostly important scanned documents for clients.

I am planning to get a new scanner for the house as David recently crashed one and it just couldn't be fixed anymore. I was browsing the web for one yesterday and I am happy to find this product online! The ScanShell 3000DN is a powerpacked high-speed portable duplex document scanner which, offers simultaneous high image quality capture of both sides of the scanned document.

I was really pleased to note that not only The ScanShell 3000DN is equipped with high speed USB 2.0 standard interface, it also requires no external power supply. David would be glad to know that it is really lightweight, weighing merely a 1.3 pounds!

Scanning speed is 6 pages per minute for Black and White images, and 3 pages per minute for Color. The ScanShell 3000DN comes together with a bundled package with the DocShell software, which scans documents and export the scanned image into existing, pre-installed application on the user's pc (PDF,Microsoft paint etc.) The scanned document can then be saved to one of the following image types: BMP, JPG, TIF, PSD, PCX, PNG or TGA.

If you love to ski or just enjoy the outdoors, as I do, I think Holiday Whistler has a lot to offer.

Just looking at what Whistler accommodation at Holiday Whistler has to offer is enough to make me want to pick up the phone and make arrangements today.  Whistler has an amazing selection of different rental properties and you really need good advice on where to stay, especially on the trade-off between ski-in, ski-out properties and those in or very near the Village.

Anyway there are loads of websites offering rentals in Whistler, but this is the best one I found. All the homes have plenty of pics so you can see what you are getting and it is very informative about what each home is really like. I am especially interested in Cedar Ridge 17 which is just above the Village, but near enough to walk down for dinner in the evenings, and right on the edge of the slopes. It had a great private hot tub and a fantastic kitchen and was really well-equipped.

If you want your choice of unit you should book well in advance.

Anyway, this site is the best place for Whistler lodging or Whistler condo rental; chalets, condos, townhomes etc. - they've got them all.

Wednesday
grandmother stories #18273

i can't stop munching on these seaweed crackers i bought yesterday.
i love seaweed, can have it for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
love them seaweed both in the soft type cooked in soup and those of the crispy dried ones.
seaweed soup at korean restaurants... yummmmmmm.

dunnola, i seem to like most food that mr tay loathes.
top of my head now: pumpkin, brinjal, lady fingers, yam, seaweed, rice wine chicken, bittergourd, chi kua (dunno what it's called in english), and salted duck egg.
okla, given that bittergourd is rated as the  most hated vegetable in the male population, so this is an exception i guess.
bittergourd with egg and prawns - YUM!
bittergourd slow braised with chicken and fermented soya beans - YUMMY!
i have yet to attempt bittergourd juice which i've been hearing so much about from my cousins and friends.
but i have a feeling i'd like it :)

a white sheet and quilt
2 stripe pillows
2 cherry side drawers
1 spot rug
1 table lamp

i wanna get rid of teddy, but i can't, so the bed will be his from now on

i am voted as "would make a better mother (potential)" on facebook's Compare People app.
there are like, categories such as "most confident" "most kiss-able" "person with the best smile" "most talented" "most artistic" and so many more but what do i get???
"WOULD MAKE A BETTER MOTHER (POTENTIAL)"

wtf!

and coming on second, "best scientist"
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I DON'T EVEN LIKE SCIENCE!
in fact i kept telling ppl that one of my major mistakes in life was to get into pure science stream during form 4.
all due to peer pressure.
what was i supposed to do! ALL my friends were either in pure science, half-science, 3/4 science.
i hated, physics, add maths (when i can't solve it), and biology.
i took a bit of liking for chemistry despite waving personal hate-flag towards science subjects by the 2nd month of form 4.
oh well, spm was almost 10 years ago so i really should get a grip!

but it is NOT my fault ok.
i kept having dreams every now and then, of me sitting for the spm exams.
sometimes, it would be karangan + essay-writing (of both having me always chasing for time), tatabahasa, FREAKING PHYSICS lab experiment which i know jack-shit about.
and all these for the past 9 freakin' years!!!
so, it is NOT my fault that i get so traumatized over my years of form 4 & 5 in sm sri aman, pj.
blergh.

boy hmm, let's cancel the batu pahat plans this weekend.
girl oh ok. but why?
boy jam. it's gonna be so jammed up.
girl ok. so what are we gonna do for this long weekend?
boy dunno.
girl no fun la you. bored already.
boy mmm.
girl i want to change bf.
boy ok, change lor.
girl !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

MY PLANS

sat we HAVE TO fix the plumbing problem in mr tay's 'male' toilet. clean the house.
sun go 1U and redeem the vaccum cleaner and MY slow-cooker. dinner at my parents' place
mon anything goes.

anyway, i've managed to find a way to contribute $$$ into my paypal account!
my personal target is for it to reach USD500 and then i withdraw USD200.
dunno why that is the plan but that's gonna be the plan for now.
i was at USD 41 the other day. told mr tay to donate USD 9 to make the number looks nicer as it will be rounded up to USD 50.
HE REFUSED! HE ABSOLUTELY REFUSED! SAID I SHOULDN'T CHEAT!
NOW YOU SEE WHY I MUST CHANGE BF??? Angry
