Holiday season is fast approaching and wouldn't it be nice to be able to spread the joy amongst your family members and friends? The Hari Raya festival is just weeks away from now, with Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas coming on next, and hey, what do you know, it's time to purchase gifts and spread the holiday cheer again :)
For those who are on a tight budget, fret not. I've discovered a great site that has everything you need for this holiday season and the bonus point is, it helps you save save save!

CouponChief.com, is a large resource for online coupons which features many online stores and brands that is sure to fulfill all your shopping needs. Imagine, a site where brands like Dell, Gap, Zappos, Adidas, Kodak HP and etc are all housed in one single portal.
These coupons are sorted out by categories on the left navigation bar for easy browsing. For example, in women's apparel, I am interested in some Gap coupons, and great Nike deals. For some art pieces, I find it all at this fantastic Art Gazebo coupons section. I am thinking for getting some spa vouchers for both boyfriend and myself, therefore, imagine how delighted I was to discover that CouponChief.com also caters for the health and beauty conscious. To destress, I simply click on the Health and Beauty category, and then click for some Spa Look coupons. It is really that simple!
For those interested in gardening like my mom, you will be happy to find great Home and Garden coupons at CouponChief.com. For example, Gardens Alive coupons allows you to save $20 off an order of $40 on organic fertilizer. That is a very substantial discount of 50%!
The list is pretty much endless and that's good news, isn't it?
Check them out today and find out what type of deals work best for you and your loved ones.

slept a lot today. i really REALLY needed it and damn, it felt so good to be able to wake up at 11.50am and then to sleep again at 3pm :) currently waiting for crabbie to pick me up. heading out for some limau ais kurang manis.
was at the gardens, mid valley. despite all the hype about the newly opened section of mid valley, found myself not liking it :) not quite sure why. but will give it another go with mr tay next time.
been marathoning on 'the drive of life' - tvb series. so.freakin.GOOD. and so damn kancheong, will continue watching upon returning from yumcha later. can't stand the useless wife of weng piew - total disgrace to all female kind. why she so stupid one! and weng piew. don't get me started on that SOB. dad burnt the whole series on dvd for me :)
mr tay in BP till sunday. mom is boiling red bean tongsui tomorrow. will give him a bowl when he picks me up. not sure whether he likes red bean tongsui? hmm. well, i don't like it actually, prefer the green bean version but mom insisted on red bean because it's very 'po huet' (literally translated to: replace blood)... so.
rachael yamagata is touring around the world with mandy moore (why her??). all except, MALAYSIA. am seriously thinking of contacting her agent to ask why isn't she coming to malaysia. will mention that - singapore will do as well. I ABSOLUTELY CANNOT WAIT FOR HER NEW ALBUM TO COME OUT. everyday i click on www.rachaelyamagata.com in anticipation and is still being greeted by: NEW ALBUM COMING SOON! phuck.
her Happenstance album was mindphuckingly brilliant. i had a copy but lost it. due to my nomadic nature in the past, it prolly got lost/stolen during shifting. am maniacally searching for Happenstance all over the record stores in KL but to no avail. what. suddenly so many ppl listening to rachael yamagata now meh? geez.
youtube posted her latest album teaser. TEASER. i hate teasers. link is provided on the right navigation of this blog.
ok la. crabbie should be here anytime now. i need to go pee.
*why crabbie? crabbie was derived from the infamous nick, BaByCraB, during our very notorious days back in the years of #memek, #happyhours and #bangsar on mIRC. you really don't want to know what i called myself.

It may seem that everyone prefers to communicate via e-mail or through online chat systems, but I would like to believe that there are still a lot of people out there who prefer to send and receive mails the good old-fashioned way.
I do wish that we get to have more interesting mailboxes though, instead of the usual red, small square box hung over the fence, or those with just a silver flap for Mr Postman to drop the mails into. I was browsing through the net for interesting residential mailboxes and I can safely say that, I found it at Mailboxixchange (pronounced: Mailbox Exchange).

Whether it's residential mailboxes or commercial mailboxes you need or single and multi-unit mailboxes, you will find it all in this site. Marvellous designs with superb craftsmanship is what you get at Mailboxixchange. You can purchase these items by paypal or by calling their toll free number.

Right now, they have a fantastic new affiliate program for those people who have enjoyed their products and want to spread the word. It's sort of like a "thank you" note for spreading the news about their services. A really simple program, really. Simply direct people who visit your site or blog to Mailboxixchange and when they place an order you get $20.00. At the beginning of the month Mailboxixchange sends you a check for the money you've earned once you've reached $50.00 (three referrals) so take a look and sign up today!

today we had lunch at Ajisen - old wing, near tgv, same row as secret recipe.
ajisen is somewhat new in One Utama and is fast becoming a favorite spot among the ibmers. all the occupied tables today, were seated with ibmers and it seriously looked as if it's an ibm canteen. hehe!
: ajisen ramen :

: sue ordered this last time :

today, she ordered, the gyoza ramen soup. me - fish ramen soup deva - i can't remember but it's with some chicken meatballs
no pics because my phone camera sucks the next time i'm there, i'm going to try their hot plate ramen!
for full menu and more info, visit http://www.ajisen.com.sg/ so many outlets in singapore, it is practically all over the island.

psst bi, i found out there's even 1 outlet in batu pahat, next to old town kopitiam. this weekend, when you're back there, give it a try ya? love you!
: at watsons after lunch :
sue wanted to get a lippie, while i was browsing around and saw this cutie
 harro! i'm a toothbrush holder! i cost RM9.90.
: me with Lolly Funk :

: me on top mommy's plastic jug :
 yay, i'm so cute!
guess where this little yellow ducky is going to be placed at?
answer: MR DAVID TAY'S SO-CALLED 'MALE' TOILET HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
i'm so evil. his 'male' toilet now has:
- a PINK hand towel - girly bottles of body wash, shampoo, conditioner - a bottle of face mask - hair and face treatment stuff - a pink shower cap - a pink toothbrush - a little blue tub (i was holding tight to the pink tub at tesco, looked up and saw him glaring down menacingly at me with a look that says, "DON'T YOU DARE!")
so now, his 'male' toilet is going to have a yellow duck
slowly la. i'm aiming for the pink toilet seat next.
slowly... but surely
*
boss is getting increasingly loud with his telecon call. ok, have to turn up the volume of JT's Sexyback.
hehe! bringing sexy back to mr tay's toilet

tun, the mischevious eye-winking cranky patient
it is extremely heart-warming to be following the progress of Tun Mahathir in IJN.
every morning for the past couple of months, i click on http://rantingsbymm.blogspot.com to read with delight on marina's updates on her beloved father.
- all mosques in perlis have pledged to pray for tun at every prayer time.
- kubang pasu has shipped over a shipment of homemade dadeh - one of tun's favorite food
- little kids creating cards with words that are so touching you could cry.
*
most of all, i never knew tun was that mischevious, grouchy and cranky!
So I asked him if he'd like some and he said yes. And what's more he wanted some hot Milo. So off the nurses scurried to find the dadeh and make the Milo. Perhaps they took a tad too long because we got a growl, "Where IS that Milo?" Erp! Coming, coming!
He finished the entire glass of Milo and then the entire cup of dadeh, all fed by spoon by me. When he swallowed the last bit, we all - Mum, my brother, the doctors and nurses - actually clapped! You should have seen the look on Dad's face! There was that old "I'll show you!" look, you know?
And just yesterday, he banned doctors from standing around watching him eat. "I want to eat in private," he growled. However according to marina, Such bossiness however is considered a sign that things are almost back to normal. Woo hoo!!
i'm extremely tickled! :)
