My Series of Weird Dreams Last Night:
I was in Africa with my ex-highschool friends. Me and Kah Chin went around looking for Kelly. We ran all over the grounds of Africa looking for her and bumped into her parents. Who told us that she has left to a country named, "Gonoa"
In an outdoor concert where Red Hot Chili Peppers was blasting away. "Tell me baby, what's your story." And with what looked like I was having a good time?!? (FYI, I have always placed Red Hot Chili Peppers in my list of Annoying Bands)
"Careful, step here. No no, don't go there. Watch out for that long one there!" Joanne Low cautioning me not to step on the long spiky thorns on the grounds of Africa. I was threading very carefully with no shoes, but socks on my feet.
And beat this. In the wide open space of Africa (yes, still in Africa), I was taking a shower. Naked. No doors. Just the shower stand. Few feet away from where I was showering, there were a bunch of people just hanging around in the shades made of hay. My boss, Dr Goh, was one of them.
I am currently looping on:
Beyonce's Irreplaceable. ..."To the left, to the left" Evanesence's Bring Me to Life. And Red Hot Chili Peppers, "Tell me baby... what's your story"

Hi everyone. How has your morning been? I am feeling quite hyper actually. CONSIDERING I ONLY SLEPT AT ABOUT 6AM
This kinda nonsense only happens to me la. You see, I have quite a sensitive nose. It is known to sneeze at anything that comes near it. I.E. Dust. Lately, it has been a nuisance, acting up only at nights and early in the mornings. Just pisses me and makes me wanna saw it off!
So, last night with what could've been a good sleep was spent on sneezing, blowing, squeezing, and rubbing the nose till I finally dozed off at about 6. And this morning, I woke up at 7.50 to a VERY leaky nose. More tissues were sacrificed
As hyper as I am now, it will only last me till lunchtime. After that, I am officially running on non-functioning mode. Am thinking to pay the doctor a visit for some pills to force the nose to behave. And possibly some sleeping pills. I have been having trouble sleeping lately. I think too much
And from sneezing too much, my chest hurts now. Great lar.
Anyways, this is how we greet each other in the mornings:
frenzyskye: babi Alex Wan: apa mau anjing

It's hard to skip dinner these days. I used to be able to happily 'forget' about dinners and wake up feeling like a skinny girl. But not anymore. I suspect it's the increased in the metabolism rate in the body. How can this be? Because I exert myself an awful lot on runnings these days?
Now can that be a good thing?
Because you see I get awfully hungry in the mornings. While in the evenings after my runs and RPMs, plus showers and whatnot, it's already past 9pm. And have you not heard of the neverending mantras the diet gurus press on how eating past 9pm can almost instantly put on 5kg on you?
Ok, maybe not 5kg. But it will be if you do it consistently for 2 weeks! So, metabolisme rate shoots up, is it a good or a bad thing?
Well, because I bother to read up on fitness articles and because I have friends who work as personal trainers, I can confidently say that it is GOOD NEWS IF YOUR METABOLISM RATE IS JACKED UP! Why? Because with an increased metabolism rate, your body burns more calories. Even while you are just sitting down doing nothing or even while you are sleeping.
So I happily decided to give dinner a skip today. Went for a facial just now and by the time I settled down at home, I was starting to feel hungry. And it was 9.10pm on the clock Eyes were darting back and forth from the clock to the kitchen. With an audible "WHATEVA" I happily pranced over into the kitchen.
... and came out with a bowl of Maggi Kari with button mushrooms and cocktail sausages.
Yummmm. Who gives a shit about the 9pm Rule huh, coz I don't!
(Ok, maybe just for tonite *heehee*)

So I did my 7K yesterday evening. No, I didn't make it in 40 min and below. By the 30th min I knew instantly, I wouldn't make it on time. Ok, let me explain why. Pls give me a minute to bore you with some trivial details. Because by the 30th min, if you're not at 5K, you're s-l-o-w.
I finished 5K in 31min 6sec So needless to say, I finished my 7K run above 40min. Mental battle ended in 42 min 3sec to be precise Oh woe.
I can see ISAAC giving me the face now! Below 40min or not, my Isogon is LOVE
Isaac said: working on assignment :: DND says: ur 5k in 31min is Super fast la .. if you did the 10k in 1hr and 1min you would be number 1

Time is 5.28pm. I can't wait to R-U-N later. J thinks I'm nuts over my sudden interest back at running. To which I replied, "You're worse! You are going for Combat and runs when you're fasting!"

Why am I typing in single-liners? Because I realized my default font size is rather small (which I like) but can be hard to read because it stretches all da way to the right of the expended content box when I post pictures up.
So let's try this format out, shall we?
So God, I want to complete 7K today in 40minutes today. Amen.

Today My Baby Made Lychee Jellies

Those hands... are HIS. I never lifted a single finger to help, I only snapped pics But I cooked lunch and dinner la! No pics, lazy to take.
And oh, I scalded my left hand with hot boiling soup last night. It was quite bad initially. My whole left hand was stinging and was RED! Thought I wouldn't be able to drive the next day. So I soaked it in cold water, rubbed with ice and baby applied Burnol for me. He even washed the dishes after dinner *heehee*
It's ok now. And baby's jellies... GOOOOOD.

Conversations few days ago...
Girl: IF hor, I said IF only, IF you plan to get me something on 1 Oct, please don't get it. Boy: Hmmm... Girl: I TELL YOU WHAT TO GET Boy: Ok, what do you want? Girl: A new pair of running shoes. Boy: Haha ok. But you not pantang meh? Girl: Huh??? What is there to be pantang about? Boy: Giving people shoes. It's like asking them to go away. Girl: Ohhh, ceh. Me is no Cina Cina girl ok. Boy: Ok, I buy for you. This weekend we go.
Then today ah...
The paper bag is damn nice right! I love the design on it
Ahhh... my fav black Adidas box which I never have the heart to throw them away!
Jeng jeng jeng! My latest pair of running shoes! The 3 stripes actually have pink splashes on them. Can only be seen at certain angles
 Got PINK details, I like!
Back view also very nice, so must take pic

Found this shot from the website. Much clearer
So this, is my fourth pair now. First and second pair, both Adidas also, worn out after so long. My third pair which I bought by myself yesterday, was a New Balance. That one, a bit ugly, not so nice because, it's New Balance la come on. But New Balance shoes are known to be very good for running and most long distance runners prefer this to Adidas and Nike.
I need two pairs because it's always good to alternate. I can't see myself using this pair of Adidas darlings 4 times a week at the gym! Sakit hati
So, baby bought me this while I got him the Pixart thingy for 1 Oct
When we got out from the Adidas store:
Girl: Haha, my shoes' name is Isogon. Boy: Eh? Girl: Isogon as in "I so gone" Boy: *burst out laughing* Girl: Why are you laughing? Boy: I so gone! It's like saying "You're so gone" - Away from me! Proves the Cina saying is right la then. Bwahahahhaha! Girl: *Smacks head*
 I So Gone

Get a Friendster Account if You Haven't Gotten One Already!
I tell you, Friendster is amazing. You do not need to be in constant contact with someone to know what is going on in his life. Read it from his profile: Single or In A Relationship. Read up on his testimonials. And what tells more are the photos he puts up, really.
So, there was this girl I know but we weren't that close added me in her list a couple of months back. And from her profile and photos that she put up, I somehow gathered that she was quite close to my ex. No, not Kevin the Horrible Ex but ex, as in Puppy Love Ex back when I was 19. Puppy Love Ex is also in my list.
Now, I tell you what is amazing. Her ex-bf is in my list too. They were once a very lovey-dovey couple and when they broke up, it was quite a shock to me. Needless to say, I found out through... yup, you guessed it, Friendster.
So, today I was feeling very busy-body. I looked thru my list of friends, reading and absorbing all their recent updates. Then, I saw hers. Status was changed from Single ---> In A Relationship. And in her photo descriptions of my ex who was just referred to as (his name) once a upon a time ago, is now given an upgrade to "Darling". How cute.
Then, not stopping there, I looked at my ex's profile as well. Clear enough, status was changed to In A Relationship as well. And yes, he had photos of them together as well.
It's amazing how we are connected thru Friendster in so many ways. And the fact how much this Friendster thing can tell or update you about someone, whether you like it or not... is incredible
