What Is Greatness to You?
I love to observe ads everywhere.
These, taken after my RPM class in the gym yesterday.
Ad #1 - Shopping with your girlfriend when you'd rather watch football. Now that's GREATNESS.

Ad #2 - Knowing the difference between a sale and a bargain. Now that's GREATNESS.

Ad #3 - Sticking to your shopping list. Now that's GREATNESS.
(This one's taken while driving out from the preferred parking area)

There was a 4th one I saw few weeks back while waiting for the movie to start at GSC. If you notice, when you are going down the elevator, there's this ad that says, "Not telling your friends how the movie ends. Now that's GREATNESS." So, appropriate right!
Ad #1 is darn cute la. And they so strategically placed it right infront of our RPM room. Guys, take note! *chuckles*
And of coz, these ads were brought to you by...

What is greatness to you? Greatness to me is, being a caring Daughter, a good Friend, a loving and understanding Girlfriend, a fantastic Wife and a great Mother.

Hunting for the Perfect Bento Box
One of the many reasons why I hate parking outside my apartment is having some idiot, who thought it was cute and funny to push my left rear mirror all the way forward. Made me panic for awhile. Checked all corners of my car to see any damage was done. Moron.
Anyways, I woke up early today and cooked lunch to be brought to work today:
Stir fry siu pak choy In my tortilla wrap: Stir fry beef with chillies, asparagus and onions
And by the looks of it, I definitely need to buy a more efficient lunchbox. Notice how I can't separate the two dishes in the pic? So, the sauces from the beef dish went over to my veggies. So I hunted around and I found these lovelies!
From: http://jbox.com/SEARCH/bento/1

This one is good for my tortilla meals!
This one is good for dishes with SOUP
AND THE ULTIMATE FAVORITE OF MINE...

*droooool* Priced at $28. Not inclusive of shipping fee
But I'm most probably getting this. From www.lunchboxes.com
Priced at $9.50 only as compared to the one I like. And metal is always better than plastic for keeping hot stuff. Hot food + Plastic = Chemical reaction yada yada yada :)

Call me weird but I love grocery shopping. I derive great satisfaction from it and it has never failed to give me that therapeutic feeling that I need sometimes. And yesterday evening, I did just that.
And, I am just sick of eating outside to be honest. So, I listed down the items that I needed to get at Tesco and off I went pushing the trolley cart after work.
Here's my loot:
 My loot
Traffic lights: Because the colors are just so pretty!
 Cherry tomatos and alfalfa sprouts
For those who don't know how oregano looks like
Can't live without Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade! Trying out Mustard Honey & Herb Marinade
My full List of groceries:
-
No chicken breast or fillet to be found. So I took: Minced Beef, One Whole Piece of Beef and Beef for Stir Fry
-
Sliced Cheese
-
Bulla Low-Fat Cottage Cheese with Sun-dried Tomatoes and Basil
-
Vitalite Light Spread
-
San Remo Pasta Spiralli
-
Yogurt
-
Mustard Alfalfa Sprouts
-
Fresh Oregano
-
Asparagus
-
Cherry Tomatoes
-
Marinades: Teriyaki and Mustard Honey & Herb
-
Black Pepper
-
Wanted Pita Bread, but finished so I took Tortilla Wraps instead
-
Garlic
-
New Listerine Orange Citrus (the best flavor among all!)
-
Curry Powder (don't ask! first time buying)
-
20cm Cooking Pot
Total damage: RM143.55
And for breakfast this morning, I whipped up this:
Tortilla wrap: Stir fry teriyaki-marinated beef with capsicums, cheese at the bottom and alfalfa sprouts on top. Roll them up for consumption!
Alfalfa sprouts are good for you! Becoz they make food pics look prettier! No really, they are very good for you

I like to jumpstart my mornings with feel-good songs.
So each morning, as I struggle to keep my eyes open, I will pop on the player with some of my Morning Songs. All these while I make my bed, shower, brush teeth, make-up, and change.
Sunday Morning - Maroon 5 Something Good - Bic Runga Chocolate Ice - Janice Por Ti Volare - Andrea Bocelli and Sarah Brightman Beautiful - Disco Montego (MOS Chillout Session) Get To Me - Train
"Sunday Morning" and "Get To Me" always work for me. What gets you up in your weekday mornings?
P/S: Rockstar Supernova FINALE tomorrow morning, I can't wait! Rooting for Toby Rand and Magni

On Desperate Housewives last week: TOM HAD AN AFFAIR AND LYNETTE FOUND OUT! *gasp* (OR DID HE REALLY?)
Why didn't you Lynette?
Why on earth did you just hid below, walked away and jump right into conclusion?!
I mean, come on Lynette, if I were you, I'd barge right in and catch him on the spot! OR maybe, he wasn't really doing anything naughty there for all you know. So, barging in is good! Barging in will determine whether the hubby is seeing someone else or maybe they were just having a business discussion. I dunno! It could be either way, alright!
Gawd, I've been watching too much drama on the telly that sometimes it's easy to spot what the director WANTS you to think or assume.
Miss PF, no spoilers please!

That Gunk in The Yellow-capped Jar They Call Food
For those who are curious about what I asked in the previous Marmite post here:
I ABSOLUTELY HATED IT!!!
It has got to be one of the worst tasting crap I've ever tasted. It's salty and it leaves that lingering weird taste in your mouth. God knows how many times have I spat (and I seldom spit) and gargled my mouth with Listerine. I'm sorry to all you Marmite fans out there but It was really that AWFUL!
Though, I've heard people saying that, only those who grew up with Marmite will know how to savor and love it. Well, I guess it's true then. My mommy never fed me with single drop of Marmite in my entire life. That, was my first and last time and boy, what a shocker it was!
I paid RM15.99 to have myself traumatized
