I have been sneezing all my life.
Every.Single.Morning.
Without fail, I can assure you.
It got so bad that it has been part of my life, like how you brush your teeth every morning, right.
Then, comes the most irritating part.
It will leak just like a dripping tap and I'll be sniffling for the next couple of hours till about 11am, it stops and dries up.
God knows how many tissues have I sacrificed! * imagining the number of trees I've killed too * 
So, the point of this whole rambling is to let you all know that...
I AM NO MORE SNEEZING IN THE MORNINGS AND NO MORE IRRITATING LEAKY NOSE!!!
At first, it stopped 3 days ago.
To be totally sure of it, I waited till today, the 4th day.
And clear enough it has stopped.
All thanks to my mom and her ever super nagging power.
She got me this.
Omega-3 pills with Vitamin E
She got me this NOT for the nose problem but for overall health benefits.
Don't ask me how, but somehow it got rid of my daily nose problem

On a different note, today is the 26th Jan.
In exactly 4 more months from today, I will turn 26.
26 on the 26th! It is like this once in a lifetime kinda thing for me. Hahahaha!
I mean, look at Mr Tay. His birthday is 4th of May.
So this once in a lifetime thingy for him, happened when he is 4.
FOUR.
What could the poor kid at 4 yrs old possibly know about this 'auspicious phenomenon' la?
My brother lagi teruk, 2nd of Jan. 2 yrs old, was still sucking on a milk bottle *heehee*
Anyway, today has been a beautiful day, so give you this.

OMG OMG OMG.
I have the same thing about birthdates and when one turns the same number!!! Always thought the when it happens, it'll be your best year ever and that birthday will be the most memorable.
It was true for me :) indeed.
Birdy's one also gone-ded. Number 5 our feathered fwend. *chuckle*

FA, it does help, I'm not kidding! Today is the 5th of me NOT sneezing even once! Therefore no irritating leaky nose. Can insert last finger into nostril and come out dry. HAHAHAHA! Yeah I know it's gross but just to demonstrate how pleased I am with my current condition now :D
Ok, about brand, I don't know mine because my mom got this from my aunt who bought it from New Zealand in a HUGE tub, and gave us 200 tablets in a separate bottle.
I guess any brand will do. Just remember it has to have Omega 3 and some other vitamins. Also, try to go for higher end brands because higher concentration of Omega 3? I've bean taking multivites lately and i realized my nose condition have improved alot too!...still sneezing but less leaky. Major improvement. :>
btw, i need to find nice dresses for wedding....any suggestions??!! my brother's wedding is in 2 weeks time and im clueless what to wear!! |
