So I did my 7K yesterday evening.
No, I didn't make it in 40 min and below.
By the 30th min I knew instantly, I wouldn't make it on time.
Ok, let me explain why. Pls give me a minute to bore you with some trivial details.
Because by the 30th min, if you're not at 5K, you're s-l-o-w.

I finished 5K in 31min 6sec
So needless to say, I finished my 7K run above 40min.
Mental battle ended in 42 min 3sec to be precise  
Oh woe.
