Today My Baby Made Lychee Jellies

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting

Those hands... are HIS. I never lifted a single finger to help, I only snapped pics Tongue But I cooked lunch and dinner la! No pics, lazy to take.

And oh, I scalded my left hand with hot boiling soup last night. It was quite bad initially. My whole left hand was stinging and was RED! Thought I wouldn't be able to drive the next day. So I soaked it in cold water, rubbed with ice and baby applied Burnol for me. He even washed the dishes after dinner *heehee*

It's ok now. And baby's jellies... GOOOOOD.

Aiks, I also made lychee jelly last weekend. Yours look exactly the same as the one my mum taught me...i thought mine was a family recipe?!

Did your jelly added evaporated milk?

Aiks aiks indeed! You also did Lychee Jelly eh? This time, it's not me who did it but my bf la.

He didn't use evaporated milk wor. Did your mom use it? Just simple boiling and adding of sugar with lots of stirrings in between.

He did it real quick! Almost can't call it a recipe :P
